About the Book

Unhating Me: A Journey of Transformation

Seeeee.png

Some books are written because you have something to say.

This one was written because I had something inside me I could no longer avoid.

For a long time, I thought becoming better meant getting rid of the versions of myself I hated.

The insecure one.

The inconsistent one.

The one who made mistakes.

The one who disappointed people.

The one I was deeply embarrassed to admit was still sitting at the table.

I thought healing meant becoming someone else.

Eventually, I had to confront a harder truth:

𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐚 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐫𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐲.

That confrontation became 𝐔𝐍𝐇𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐌𝐄.

This book is about the quiet war many of us fight with ourselves. The labels we carry. The validation we chase. The wounds we turn into permanent identities. The mistakes we keep weaponizing against our own future.

It explores what happens when you finally stop asking, “𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒅𝒐 𝑰 𝒈𝒆𝒕 𝒓𝒊𝒅 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝒎𝒆? ” and begin asking,

“𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐞?”

UNHATING ME is not about becoming perfect.

It is about ending the war long enough to understand yourself. It is about taking responsibility, forgiving the bad debt, and finally giving yourself permission to become who you were always capable of being.
